We work with a single specialty roaster and rotate a small selection through the seasons. The bar is intentionally small, allowing every cup to receive the attention it deserves. If you sit at the counter, you'll probably learn something.

Straight Up
Espresso
Two ounces, pulled slow.
Americano
Espresso, long water, softened edge.
Cold Brew
Slow steep. 18 hours. Sparkling water on request.
Short & Strong
Macchiato
Espresso, marked with a spoon of foam.
Cortado
Two ounces. Barely there.
Flat White
Small, sweet, honest.
Milk Forward
Cappuccino
Equal thirds, soft foam, warm cup.
Latte
Milk-forward. Long and gentle.
Mocha
House cacao, espresso, warm oat.
Oat, almond, whole and skim available. Decaf on request. No syrups, no theatre.
